Low carb porridge | Ingredients:
- ½ cup chia seeds + 2 tablespoons½ cup + 2 tablespoons Golden flaxseed½ cup + 2 tablespoons Unsweetened shredded coconut1 tablespoon + ¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 ½ cups hot water
10 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon cocoa (optional)
Sweetener to taste
Low carb porridge | Preparation method:
Combine the chia seeds, golden flaxseed, unsweetened coconut and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add the 2 ½ cups of water over the mixture and let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Add sweetener (to taste) and the 10 tablespoons of coconut milk to the bowl and mix well. Top with fresh fruit.
