1. Low carb drink recipe | Lemon iced tea
- 1 liter of water
- juice of 1 lemon freshly squeezed

How to do it

To make peach iced tea, follow the recipe above for lemon iced tea and after adding the lemon, add a large, ripe peach cut into pieces. Let the fruit sit for about half an hour, then remove it and pour the liquid into a glass bottle to store in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
3. Low carb drink recipe | Mint iced tea
- 2 tablespoons green tea powder
- 1 bunch of mint
- 8 teaspoons of xylitol or more if you prefer it sweeter
- 1 liter of water
How to do it
Bring the water to a boil and when it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the green tea, the well-washed mint and the sweetener. Let it infuse for 5 minutes, strain, wait for it to cool and refrigerate in a glass bottle. Serve chilled!
4. Low carb drink recipe | Jasmine iced tea
- 4 green tea bags
- 4 jasmine tea bags
- 3 or 4 sprigs of mint or spearmint
- 1 small lemon, sliced
- 2 liters of water
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- ice
How to do it
Bring the water to a boil for 5 minutes along with the tea bags, removing the strings and xylitol. Turn off the heat, add the fresh mint leaves and the sliced lemon and let everything rest for 15 minutes. Strain and serve with ice cubes.
5. Low carb drink recipe | Iced green tea with ginger
- 5 cm of fresh ginger
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tablespoons green tea
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 lemon slices
- Xylitol
Peel the ginger, cut it into thin slices and bring to a boil. Add the green tea and let it steep for 3 minutes. Sweeten with xylitol and let it cool. Only when it is cold add the lemon. Serve chilled and garnished with lemon slices.
