  • 1 cauliflower medium or 400g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup of vegetable milk (cow's milk can also be used)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan for gratinating

Place the washed cauliflower in a pan and cook it. You can either steam it or cook it in water. If you are cooking it in water, a good idea is to add a few cloves of garlic and rosemary leaves to add flavor.
