Low carb garlic bread recipe – Good for any occasion, this low carb recipe is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, to make on the barbecue, take to work, heat in the microwave and eat with delicious butter or olive pâté.

Low carb garlic bread recipe | Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 8 tablespoons of almond flour or the oilseed of your choice.
- 6 tablespoons coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic or more if you prefer
- 3 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of oregano is optional
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Cream cheese is optional to put on top or in the middle of the bread
Low carb garlic bread recipe | How to make it
In a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of coconut milk, 2 eggs and stir a little, add the crushed garlic, chopped onion, 8 tablespoons of low carb almond flour and stir until you get a homogeneous dough.
Once the dough is completely homogeneous, add the salt and mix it into the dough. Finally, add the baking powder and also mix it into the dough, mixing well.
Now just place them in silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tip: You can fill the bread with cream cheese; just put half of the dough in the molds, add the cream cheese and cover with the dough again. This stuffed version is great for a weekend barbecue.
