– 6 eggs
– 2 cups (224g) of mozzarella cheese
– 2 cups (160g) of almond flour
– 6 tablespoons of fresh cream (pasteurized)
– 2 teaspoons of baking soda
– a pinch of salt
Low carb bread with almond flour | Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150C.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, then mix until everything is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan greased with coconut oil (you can also use a silicone pan).
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Wait until it gets really cold... haha, just kidding :P, spread your best butter and eat it while it's still warm with that wonderful freshly brewed coffee, there's nothing better in the morning or late afternoon.
