Ingredients:

  • 400 ml of chamomile tea
  • ½ cup of natural passion fruit pulp
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 mint leaves

Preparation method:

To prepare the tea, place the water in a pan until it starts to boil. At this point, turn off the heat, add the chamomile and cover. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, blend everything in a blender and drink, preferably on the same day.

 

MELON TEA WITH HONEY

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of melon, chopped, peeled and seeded
  • 1 thin slice of ginger
  • 200 ml iced green tea
