  • Onion – 4 Units
  • Cream – 400g

  • Seasonings – To taste
  • Water – 75ml

Low carb onion soup recipe | Preparation method

In a hot pan, add a dash of olive oil and cook the onion.

Season with oregano, pepper, olive oil, two cloves, two bay leaves and thyme. All seasonings are to taste, use what you have at home.

Mix and let cook until all the onion has wilted.

Remove the cloves and bay leaves.

Add the cream, water and mix.

Blend the soup in a blender to finish (optional).
