- 10 medium sized eggs
- 400 g ham
- 200 ml of cream
- 150 g Parmesan
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper

Wash vegetables and herbs and drain
Cut the tomato
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and white parts.
Pick the thyme leaves from the stem
Cut the ham into cubes.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the cream and thyme.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper
Heat the butter in the pan and sauté the ham with peppers, turn off the heat
Add the eggs and let it rest.
Place the tomato slices on the eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place the pan in the preheated oven on the middle rack and bake the frittata for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
If necessary, use the grill function for the last 5 minutes to achieve a golden, crispy surface.
