THE Low carb meatball recipe Children love it and adults love it even more because it is light. You can swap out the quail egg and make the recipe with a normal chicken egg, just increase the size of the meatball.

Low carb meatball recipe | Ingredients

  • 500 g Lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons of your preferred oilseed flour
  • 1 large egg to mix with the meat
  • 16 Units Quail Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings To taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon drops

 

Low carb meatball recipe | How to prepare

Mix the ground meat in a bowl, add the egg and desired seasonings.

Add the flour, knead well.

Cook the quail eggs. After they start to boil, wait 3 minutes, then put them under running water and peel them. Set aside.

Separate the meat into 16 pieces (or as you prefer, here I separated it into small portions for my meals).

Open the meat dough in your hand as if you were going to make a coxinha, fill it with the quail egg, shape it as you prefer.

Bake in a medium oven at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes, or in an Air Fryer for 20 minutes or until golden.
