Low carb pot roast recipe | Ingredients

  • 500 grams of beef muscle cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 small onion cut into petals
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups (tea) of vegetable broth or water
  • 200 grams of pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 100 grams of green beans cut into pieces
  • salt to taste
  • chopped parsley (or parsley) to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Low carb pot roast recipe | Preparation method

Season the muscle with vinegar, salt, pepper, onion and garlic.

In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and brown the meat until dry.
