Cauliflower is a member of the cruciferous family of vegetables, often overshadowed by its cousin, green broccoli. Low carb gnocchi recipe | How to prepare
Remove the cauliflower from the stem and cut into small florets. Place in a pot with salted water and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Then place everything in a blender or food processor, blend everything and then place in a bowl.
Add the egg yolks, guar gum, almond flour and coconut flour, a pinch of salt and nutmeg and mix everything well. If the dough feels too sticky, add a little more almond flour to loosen it.
