Low carb snack recipe | Ingredients for chicken dumplings

100 g chicken shredded and seasoned

2 tbsp ricotta cream

  1. Mix the chicken with the ricotta cream. Coat in golden flaxseed flour.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy.
    If you want to make more, just double the amount of ingredients.

Low carb snack recipe | How to make

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the cauliflower in a clean dish towel and form a bundle by turning it upside down and banging it against the counter surface until you notice the cauliflower breaking apart (keep turning it to break apart on all sides).
  3. Pull the florets from the stem and break the larger ones into smaller pieces.
  4. Place in the microwave for 5 minutes or so.
  5. In a small bowl, place the chicken flour; in another bowl, beat the two eggs; and in a medium bowl, mix the coconut flour, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
  6. Coat each piece with chicken flour, then dip in eggs and then in the coconut flour mixture.
  7. Place the cauliflowers on a greased baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve with marinara sauce or sour cream and enjoy!

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
